El Coco Kitchen was created beginning of 2017 as an addition to El Coco.

 

Our founder and chef Jimmy felt there was a service missing that would build up on the health benefits of the fresh coconut and its products and simple but healthy food.

 

Jimmy is highly experienced within the hospitality industry, with a long history as a chef at several well-known brands, including Nobu London, One&Only Reethi Rah Maldivees, Anantara and Sri Panwa in Phuket and many more throughout different countries. Jimmy has created private service and dinners for such high-profile guests as political figures, athletes, actors and even royalty.

 

Now he puts his knowledge into El Coco Kitchen, so anyone can enjoy a healthy, fresh, delicious and nutritious meal.
